Three new homebrews happening soon. Just ordered grain and will have to pickup the fruit on brew-days. Should be some nice summer beers. Raspberry and Apple Ale at 4% and the Double Citra is 8%.
This means it’s also time to bottle the Belgian Honey Wit and Strawberry-Rhubarb Sour for storage.
The kegged stout I might just sit on until next year. It’s still VERY hot and oaky.
The two saisons (one blueberry w/ brett B and the other a soured 13% ABV with Brett Lambicus and some Lacto) are still bubbling away despite being brewed 3 months ago. That Brett is hard at work! So I will probably keg those mid-summer. They are tasting really great right now and I wish the blueberry was slightly sweeter.
